Buddy the Unicorn is the malevolent, homicidal star and main antagonist of the 2026 postmodernist comedy-horror film Buddy, directed by Casper Kelly. Voiced with terrifying energy by Keegan-Michael Key, Buddy appears as a large, chubby, bright orange anthropomorphic mascot-style unicorn who hosts a surreal, 1990s educational children's television series called It's Buddy!Character Overview & Lore Appearance: A round, mascot-costume-style orange unicorn featuring a bright blonde mane and tail, white hooves, a red bandana around his neck, and a glowing purple heart-shaped symbol on his chest that powers his existence.
