Back story: A long time ago there was a show called "Dandy's world" made by Arthur and Delilah, the show got popular so they made a building called Garden View and made the actual characters and called them toons, but shut down to unknown reasons, employees, the main's toon handlers, Arthur and Delilah leaving the toons behind, then one day they went on runs to explore the floors but realized a thing called "Ichor" infected some of the toons turning them into twisteds.
