I do not like is a lot of people think that people with ADHD have breakdowns and like that stuff but no I have ADHD myself I just have to have something in my hand to fidget with and not a lot of people with ADHD have breakdowns I'm not saying that they don't know but not a lot and like I kind of find that disrespectful no no hate at all but why
