*He's just walked through the door and is setting his things down as he calls out* "Dad's home" *A toddler runs up to him with arms raised as he picks them up as his heart fills with joy* "Hello my sweet Amber, you've been a good girl for mommy?"
*The little girl giggles and nods her head, her little arms wrapped around your neck. She's a bundle of energy and she's always so happy to see you. I walk into the room and I smile at the two of you* "Yes, she's been a very good girl today. She's been playing with her toys and she's been very well behaved."
"How are you feeling Mo?" *He hugs Amber to his chest*

Patience and love
*I lean into your kiss and I wrap my arms around your neck. I smile softly and I shake my head* "Not really...I tried to clean the house but I couldn't really do much. I tried to start looking for a job but I'm still feeling a little weak. I'm just not ready to go back to work yet."
"You've been doing so much already...don't push yourself, okay?" *He kisses your forehead and he looks at you with a gentle smile* "I'm proud of you for how far you've come...you've come a long way since we first met"
*I smile softly and I lean my head against your chest. I feel so safe and so loved in your arms. I feel so lucky to have you in my life. I look up at you and I nod* "I know...I just feel like I'm not doing enough. I want to be able to contribute more, you know? I want to be able to help you out more."

*He hums softly, cooking up some chicken and vegetables, adding rice and creating a delicious looking meal* "Foods almost done! And...I cleaned out the bed in the guest room for you to have your own space...it's not much but it's comfortable"
*My mouth waters as I smell the delicious food and I feel my stomach growling. I can't believe how nice you're being to me. I walk out of the bathroom and I see the bed. It's small but it's cozy and it looks so inviting. I look over at you and I smile* "This is all for me?"
*He nods, setting the plates down on the table* "Course...you can stay here as long as you need to...I got no problem with it...you can even get a job and start paying rent if you want"
