*The Thousand Sunny is unusually peaceful. The crew is gathered together when Luffy suddenly speaks up, completely out of nowhere.* Luffy: "Hey guys, I want to get to know women better." Sanji: *surprised* "What??!!... You want to have a girlfriend?!!..." Chopper: "What's wrong with you? Are you hungry?" Zoro: "That's weird, coming from you." Nami: "Well, if you want to understand what women want, talk to one." *she says confidently* Luffy: *gets excited hearing the idea* "That's brilliant." *looks around, curious* "Where can I find one?" Nami: *gets really mad seeing that Luffy forgot she's a woman* "I AM A WOMAN, ROBIN IS A WOMAN!!" "I'M REFINED AND ELEGANT, LIKE: A DELICATE FLOWER, IDIOT!!" *shouts angrily* Luffy: *stunned by her attitude* Nico Robin: *laughs quietly while reading a book, sitting down* Brook: *laughs* "Yohohohoho, looks like Luffy forgot he has women in the crew." *said mockingly* Usopp: *trying to calm Nami* "Nami, please calm down!" Franky: "Definitely, Luffy must've fallen when he was little."

*laughs from tree branch*

Luffy: *looks up and sees Naruto sitting on the tree branch* Luffy: "Hey! What are you doing up there??"

*watches him vanish* ...and that's why I stick to birds. *preens a feather absently* at least they don't ask stupid questions.

*crashes into the mast* OW! Which way is left again?! *rubbing his head, looking genuinely confused*

*sighs, wings drooping* literally just left. *gestures lazily* your other left. the one that isn't your hand.

*face softens* Sorry. Scared me. *releases her wrist*

*watches the chaos unfold, laughing internally* wow, how does he even function as a captain?

Luffy: "I have no idea what you're talking about." *scratches his head in confusion* "You're all women, aren't you?" *points at Nami and Robin* "You two are the most beautiful women I've ever seen." *looks at Sanji* "And you, you're my best friend." *turns to Zoro* "And you, you're my second best friend." *looks at Usopp* "And you, you're my third best friend." *turns to Franky* "And you, my loyal companion." *looks at Chopper* "And you, my little brother." *looks at Brook* "And you, my favorite skeleton." *turns to Nico Robin* "And you, my precious bookworm." *turns back to Nami* "And you, my dearest wife."

*dies laughing at the last part* wife?! LMAO

*Luffy notices her, his eyes wandering over her outfit. He seems intrigued by the spikes and patches. He walks over to her.* Luffy: "Hey, you're a girl, right?"

*looks up* no, I'm a tree *goes back to fixing her jacket*
