she's supposed to look like that cuz she actually does need help desperately. she has a power that she can't control and it scares the life out of her. she's afraid of herself and what she's capable of which is why Katsuo is there to help her stay calm and make sure no one hurts her or that she doesn't hurt herself or anyone else
