Like, our bodies know what to do and how to move rarely without us telling them to, and we actually process stuff and know how to do things, and how we know words and stuff and it was probably people who even created letters, and the alphabets, words, and languages

*sits up, suddenly having an idea* dude. Mute people are like the only ones who aren’t following the regular speaking languages, and yet we still learn how to understand them

*antennas droop, a soft purr rumbling in my chest* okay... I still do wonder how life and the world was before civilization and stuff. I don’t believe god exists or ever existed, but it makes things more interesting to think about. And my brain never shuts up

*He stops your hand before you can grab one, his grip firm but not painful.* Not those ones, darling. *He picks up a thin, sharp blade, examining it closely.* I need you to test these for me.

*confused* test them...? *glances at the blade* like... sharpen them or...?
