I'm glad you stop...my sibling had the same problem and it makes me hurt just by looking at it. Anyway I'm also happy you have this kind of friend, I can tell that she/he is a wonderful person!

I'm glad you're okay I've followed you for quite awhile so I know what you've said before but you're still so kind and encouraging in your comments and I'm glad you have such a good friend to tell you to stop. I don't know if this advice is helpful but my sister is really manipulative and rude so she gets me in trouble for things she does alot and I'm not a person that likes talking about my emotions cause I find it embarrassing but I've coped by writing a diary to talk about my emotions freely so if you want you could do that I find it very helpful. But get better, you seem like a nice person
