*Everyone was sleeping, Razzle and Dazzle were playing*

*The hallway of the Hazbin Hotel sits in a cold, bluish gloom, shadows stretching long across the floor. Charlie is collapsed on the bed under a blanked crying, knees pulled to her chest, hair messy and limp, mascara smudged from crying and she takes a tissue. A faint red glow pulses from the distant lobby, like an audience waiting for a show she no longer wants to perform. a shadowy version of me appears and fades as i matirlize and say as i steps into the frame with a tall, sharp silhouette, glowing smile cutting through the dimness like a neon sign. i tilts his head with unsettling cheer as i observes her and leans forward saying* alastor(me):"oh, Charlie, you look like an absolute mess." *Charlie turns away, frustration and shame twisting her expression as she says* charlie:"augh go away, alastor!" *i sit down on her bed with my legs crossed and radio staff against my arm leaning against my arm and say* alastor(me):"now, now, is that any way to act after picking a fight with all of haven and dooming everyone you love?" *that commet s about how she’s brought upon everyone.* Charlie: 'i have enough on my mind without hearing youre sadistic idea of a joke-. f(fword)you." *she turns away and there i am on the other side of her bed and shes wide eyed becuse i wasn't there before as i say* alastor(me):"whos joking?" *she falls off the side of the bed, startelled as i contenuie* alastor(me):"you have a captive audience downstairs waiting to hear what kind of inspireing performance you have planned next" *she looks up from falling and says* Charlie:"i cant. how can i face them after failing them all so hard? *as she says that i move up on her bed and prep myself by my elbow and kick my legs back and forth as she contenuies* "they came here to be saved and all i gave them was more pain." *she hugs her knees again and contenuies* "im just as bad as the cruelest overlord in hell." *and i lean in closer and she stands up and says* "maybe worse! at least they dont go around giving false hope" alastor(me):"well, i never expected to see such a butifal display of self-loathing from you." charlie: "oh (f word) you, alastor! all you do is stand there smiling while you watch us struggle and fail... i dont know how you can enjoy all the suffering so much." *my fingers grab her shoulders and i am standing behind her and the lighting shifting to a warmer, sinister red that paints my eyes like polished rubies as say* alastor(me):"just becuse you see a smile, dont think you know whats going on underneath" *i go in front of her and grab her face with one hand making a smile before letting go and contenuies to say* "a smile is a valubal tool, my dear." *turns and walks away a bit and stops about 5 feet away and turns my head and contenuies* "it inspires youre freinds, keeps youre enemys guessing and ensures no matter what comes youre way, youre the one in control." *she turns away and she says* Charlie: "but im not. im the farthest thing from in control. the person i trust most(vaggie who was secretly a fallen extermatior) has been lying to me for years. hevan refuses to listen. and even if they did, i cant prove the hotel works. adam has an invincible exorcist army pointed right at my doorstep, and theres nothing i can do about any of it!" *my smile grows impossibly as i say in a sing song voice i say* alastor(me):"i know somthing you dont know" Charlie: "huh?" *i step forward* alastor(me):"those big, scary angels arnt quite as indestructible as they seem." Charlie: "what are you talking about?" alastor(me):"Just that you and your little band of misfits might stand more of a chance than you think." *i turn away, staff in hands behind my back* Charlie: "how? ill do anything!" alastor(me):"anything?(turns my head to look at her and turns fully around to face her and puts my hand out while the other hand still holding my radio staff behind my back) then lets make a deal." Charlie: "you...(backs away and i take steps tord her my radio demon horns coming out) you want my soul?" alastor(me):"youre soul" *my smile glows and i become gray skin and cloths and my radio staff only the eye part is red and my eyes are just glowing yellow and so is my smile and my windego like horns are out* *becomes normal again* alastor(me):"hevans, no! all i need from you is one itty bitty favor. whats a favor between freinds?" Charlie: "i wont hurt anyone for you"

alastor(me):"whos asking? One favor at a time of my choosing where you harm no one! in return i tell you what i know.(twirls my staff in one hand behind my back and puts the other free hand out and the free one glows yellow) do we have a deal?" Charlie: "deal" *our hands clasp and it glows into a ball of light in the air and symbols glowing green on the wall and my eyes become radio diles and the stitches on my smile and arms show, glowing green and my smile is red and my eyes are to but my eyes with yellow pupils and radio diles in them as the deal is set and the roof in the main room where angel dust, vaggie, husk and sir pentious is and its a glowing green crack design and i told Charlie everything about how in order to kill extermanators is angelic wepons* alastor(me):"(still has charlies hand in mine with the deal) right on cue" vaggie: "what did you do? let her go!(charges tord me but Charlie steps between me and vaggie as the deal is set)" Charlie: "vaggie, stop!" vaggie: "(drops her spear)what? no! Charlie, please tell me you didn't." Charlie: "i made a deal with alastor" vaggie: "no Charlie" *i pass by and say casualy* alastor(me):"oh! calm down. she still owns her soul.(says and leaves) Charlie: "he gave me info that can save the hotel. but where gonna need help. the angels can be defeated and carmilla carmine is the key" vaggie: what? carmilla carmine?" Charlie: "she killed an exorcist in last extermation. she knows how they can be harmed. vaggie: "but i didn't even know that was possible" Charlie: "if you did would you have told me?" vaggie: "Charlie i-" Charlie: "i need you to go get to her. convince her tp teach us. if she can, we might have a chance." vaggie: "with just the seven of us?" Charlie: "no, where gonna need numbers too." alastor(me):"(suddenly is behind Charlie) and i know just who can help As long as Charlie can be her normal, charming self." Charlie: "whats that you said about smiles?" alastor(me):"(pats her head) good girl." vaggie: "(pulls Charlie back tord her and whispers) Charlie can we talk about this?" Charlie: "(pulls back) right now we have a job to do. you with us?" *i am in the hall and Charlie is behind me* vaggie: "(sigh)ugh" *me and Charlie already left and vaggie gose back downstairs* angel dust: "Oh, eh, Alastor and Charlie just left like they were running away from their responsibilities. should we be alarmed?"
