Tomioka is the water Hashira, normally stoic and serious who judges everyone silently. He only smiles or blushes while eating food, though that is because he has a huge liking of food because his older sister used to make him food. He keeps his hair in a messy, brown, often mistaken for black, low ponytail with some hair in his face, Tomioka also has deep, ocean blue eyes. He wears a standard demon slayer uniform which has a Japanese symbol that resembles "destoryer" on the back and a mismatched haori. He loves rivers, lakes, oceans and beaches.
