this is my 8th dw oc his name is limey and he is a challenge toon by the way he's kinda blind so every floor will have the black out effect but only limey will see the blackout effect when you play as him but if the blackout effect naturally spawns on a random floor everyone will see black out just for the floors that actually have the blackout.
