biology of sentient plants... we require food and water to survive however we can do limited photosynthesis. however it isn't our main food source. it's basically when we're in the sun we get a little bit of an energy boost.... basically think of it as a small sugar buff because photosynthesis creates sugar in plants it's basic biology yet it does help a little it doesn't really do much it's not a main food source nor is it useless.

Ok the year is 2500BCE I’m gonna be honest I think i forgot a lot but that’s only because this series gained more momentum then I expected I apologize for that, so Oman would send its troops to Persia but the heat from the Arabian desert stalls them a bit while no major battles happen yet due to the soldiers taking breaks after walking invation is coming soon
