 More info: his comedy mask and angry/happy mask is supposed to represent the five stages of grief because his origin is a man obsessed with science trying to save his daughter who is infected with a real disease makes a potion that he  thought could save her  but it actually turned him into the monster in the photo and the first photo was captured by a middle schooler sleeping over at his friends house the second photo was captured by a train conductor the photo was taken two seconds before a accident happened the third one was captured by a semi truck driver 

One more fact about the creature it originally had a fourth stage. It wasn’t able to be captured cause everybody who tried to take a photo of it died immediately the only photo we have is the one below it went so fast that as soon as it hit the person who captured it I turned them into ground beef   it chucked himself at the person who took the photo it only meant to capture a smear frame of him
