Utah is erratic with the weather. One moment it’s boiling hot, the next it’s snowing. Then raining. Then boom! It’s sunny again. All in one day. When we get snow we get a lot. Especially on the mountains! The mountains are so beautiful when they have snow on them. It looks like cookies and cream ice cream!
