Elias Caine

So basically in this universe, some people have supernatural powers, Elias here is able to receive 'echoes' of people or events that happened in the past, or Silas (the other DCA Talkie) can manipulate his own blood (kinda like blood bending in Avatar). The DCA is an agency that's supposed to find these people and help them learn how to use their powers, but in reality it's a black ops government organisation that basically turns these people into soldiers/weapons. The story for this is that they just found you and brought you to base as a new recruit. You can decide everything about yourself
