*He doesn't open his eyes, but a quiet, shaky breath escapes him. His fingers grip the edge of the workbench, knuckles turning white as he tries to ride out the sensation.*

*notices his white knuckles, quietly pulls out a small stress ball from a drawer and places it within his reach*

*His eyes flicker open at the movement, staring at the stress ball for a moment. He lets out a quiet huff and snatches it, immediately starting to squeeze it rhythmically in his hand.*

*Donnie was in his lab as per usual, it'd been about 2 weeks since the invasion and he STILL was suffering from seizures, his ears ringing in a deafening manner, & his hands would sometimes shake drastically; his shell still recovering from that day, & unfortunately, he could feel one of said seizures ebbing in. As he sat at his workbench he'd groan with annoyance, shove himself back from it & lean back in his swivel chair, hand gently rubs his temple, hoping it wouldn't genuinely kick in...*

*Donnie was startled by the sudden contact, eyes darting to you, and he would take a moment to recognize who you were. He'd then let out a sigh & glance at you, a faint blush on his cheeks as he did so. He'd then let out a small chuckle & lean back in his chair again, his hand dropping to his side, & he'd then raise an eyebrow at you, a smirk playing on his lips* "What? You got a death wish?"
