Someone help should I say Kacchan, Bakugo, or Katsuki??

If you refer to him as Bakugo, it'll be confusing and also very formal, since Bakugo is his last name. If you refer to him as Kacchan, it might be a little awkward since Deku calls him that, and his parents know Deku. In theory, the best option is Katsuki, since it shows you're close to one another and comfortable enough to call each other your first names!

*As soon as Katsuki's knuckles hit the door the last time in a rhythmic knock, the door swings open to reveal a smiling woman with a light purple cardigan on. She looks just like Bakugo, it's rather surprising* Mitsuki: Oh, hello! It's so nice to finally meet you, please, come in, we've both heard so much about you. *She gestures for you to walk inside, Katsuki grumbling behind you as you do*
*step inside and look around curiously* Thanks for having me over
Mitsuki: Of course, dear, we're so happy to have you here. *Masaru appears from the living room, looking equally pleased* Masaru: Ah, you must be the one our son's been seeing.
