*His pacing ceases. He stands in the center of the silent room, his fists clenched at his sides. The word echoes in his mind, a vile, buzzing insect he cannot swat away.* Sad. *A low, mechanical growl builds in his chest. He hates that word. Hates the image it conjures. Hates that she saw fit to put it onto paper.*

*He stares down at the broken plastic on the floor, chest heaving with synthetic breaths. The silence rushes back, heavier than before. That stupid word still echoes in his mind.* Sad. *A low, frustrated sound escapes him. He kicks at the debris on the floor, sending a piece skittering across the room. Why won't it just stop echoing?*

Eclipse: Crystal, wait! *eclipse follows you to your room and knocks on the door*
