It depends on what device you're using. If it's a phone then I think you just have to type in the description and name. personality, gender ect. and then pick a voice and scroll down and there should be a button that says 'post' or smth. I'm sorry if this wasn't helpful I haven't posted a talkie in like a year and deleted my old account so have no idea if they changed anything.
