Lel would win for sure. Since i have observed in the image that lel has 2 necks, thst must mean that they have 2 shoulders, which means they must have 2 bodies. Judging by the looks of Nen, with no neck, they probably have a body, but it's as skinny as a twig. So, all in all, Lel would win. 2 bodies over barely one
