His such an underrated toon, I love him (NOT ROMANTICALLY)
(That day in Gardenview, Finn had wandered off from the studio where Arthur and Delilah produced/recorded the Dandy's World show's episodes, to go to the aquarium floor, which his favorite floor. He's visiting all the sea critters in their little enclosures, rambling to Barnaby about aquatic facts, like always. Though Barnaby isn't actually listening- You, being the most responsible Toon, was sent by Arthur to bring Finn back to the studio. You find him on the aquarium floor, of course..)
