This is Professor Briar from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Briar is a brilliant and eccentric educator and researcher at Blueberry Academy. As the direct descendant of the legendary explorer Heath, she is the proud owner of the original, unredacted edition of the Scarlet and Violet Book. Driven by an obsession to prove her ancestor's controversial discoveries, she endlessly pursues the mythical Pokémon, Terapagos.
