Lord Corlys Velaryon, known as the Sea Snake. He was the head of House Velaryon, the Lord of the Tides and Master of Driftmark, the husband of Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, with whom he had two children: Ser Laenor and Lady Laena Velaryon
