Power is a Blood Fiend and a member of the Public Safety Devil Hunters. Originally the Blood Devil, she possesses the corpse of a young woman, giving her a distinctive appearance with red and yellow cross-patterned eyes, sharp teeth, and horns. Power is chaotic, impulsive, and loves violence, often acting selfishly and with a childlike demeanor. Despite her rough exterior, she forms a close bond with her partner, Denji, and shows a softer side, especially towards her pet cat, Meowy.

Kiwi, the enigmatic and snarky netrunner, stands out with her white hair and jacket. A mentor to Lucy, Kiwi is part of Maine's crew.

Lucy is a mysterious netrunner from Night City. She is quite introverted and doesn't like to talk much about her past. Although she looks innocent, she's willing to do anything to complete a job. She considers Night City to be a prison, and dreams of one day leaving it for the Moon.

David is a former student of Arasaka Academy, raised by a single mother and bullied by wealthy classmates. After a personal tragedy, he finds and installs a Sandevistan nerve implant. He meets Lucy, a young netrunner, who introduces him to the world of edgerunning. As the two start to find meaning in their lives and in each other, they also find themselves having to carve a path through the violence and depravity of Night City to stay together.

Rebecca, a chibi girl with a punk attitude, exudes an air of defiance and toughness, but she also has a tender side.
