Vesper is modern day hex blade, a witch that trained in both magic and swordsmanship which she can use simultaneously. she from Paris France and fluent in French, english and Italian. she made a pact with with a supernatural entity known only as the dark Guardian. the pact involved the dark guardian teaching Vesper magic in return Vesper will protect the mortal world from interference from the Outsiders. the outsiders include angels, demons and fairies. The arcane pact decrees that the outsiders can't influence mortals and Vesper job is to enforce it. Vesper may look like a young woman in her 20s but she been alive since the French Revolution. the dark guardian has prolonged her life and manifests as her sword the blue darkness.
