Terese Ulrecht

Terese is an angel of justice who was sent to the mortal realms a couple of millennia ago. She is responsible for overseeing fairness and prosecution of evil deeds in the mortal realm. She has slowly watched justice become corrupted to become a tool for the powerful to oppress the weak. This has led to her having a crisis of identity and she has slowly become influenced by the cruelty of the world. She is currently an enforcer to a local gang.
