The Scavenger is a Al-Qatala Specialist Operator and can be located nearby dead operators. The Scavenger can be found carrying other operator tags and scavenging their dead bodies loot. The Scavenger will replace any player Dog Tags with a Calling Card item in their backpack. Upon killing the Scavenger, he will drop Operator Dog Tags, Random Valuable Items, the Scavenger Backpack, a Gold Skull, and 3-Plate Armor Carrier.
