Rat Fink

This creature was once an ordinary lab rat. But one day, he was injected with Chemical X. And he was then transformed into this humanoid rat that looks like he came straight out a cartoon. Even though he is dimwitted and slightly unstable, he is good at heart and always tries to do the right thing.
