Nyx & Echo

Nyx(right): female. more understanding, friendly, curious. Wields a spear. Echo(left): male. protective, skeptical, smarter and faster. Wields a sword. Both these robots served during a highly advanced civilization that collapsed, they are basically siblings. Both were first to gain sentience but were loyal to their creators, after the fall and collapse of the civilization they both fell into bounty hunting and freelancer work. But then both fading out memory. Till you, a clueless individual came across a temple and woke them up.
