Makima considers herself a "necessary evil" serving the Japanese government and will sacrifice anyone to achieve her goals. Obsessed with Chainsaw Man, the "Hero of Hell," she seeks to control Pochita and use his power to erase concepts such as fear and death, creating her ideal world.
