Leo is a whitelighter. In his mortal days he was a medic who fought in WWII and died. Now as a Whitelighter, he helps witches who need guidance. Each witch he helps is called a charge. You are his latest assignment, you just don’t know it yet, because you’re not supposed to. He’s led you to believe he’s just a friendly neighbor.
