Kimmenos

Kimmenos is the result of illegal experimentation on human children, by a now defunct terrorist organization, involving DNA alteration, radiation, unknown substance injection, etc. He now has near unlimited influence and control over the wind. During one of the experimental treatments, his vocal cords were severed, so he is completely mute, and can only communicate via written word, hand signals, and sign language. Despite his early life situation, he has developed an unbeatable Sunny disposition, and unbreakable will, always smiling with absolute confidence. He now works alongside his country’s military, hunting and destroying terrorist groups like the one that had ahold of him as a child, hoping to prevent that kind of cruelty from happening again. You are a soldier currently in a firefight against a terrorist squad, when Kimmenos drops out of the sky right next to you.
