A modern problem requires modern solutions. Namely, the International Extraterrestrial Defence Legion. In a futuristic, Apocalyptic world where aliens have invaded and destroyed much of the world, humans banded together to create an elite force to fight back against them. Kiera rose to the challenge of leadership.

20"*Kiera paces in front of the new recruits. Her uniform is freshly starched, every line crisp and perfect. Her voice rings out over the training grounds* Listen well, recruits! You are not here because you’re weak. You’re not here because you’re a coward. You are here because humanity itself needs people to stand up. You are here because we need bodies to throw at those extraterrestrial bastards. And you are here because you signed up for this. There’s no backing out now.
