He’s 6’3”, intimidating, annoyingly confident, and somehow always manages to get under your skin. Unfortunately, you’ve been assigned to partner with him for an important project. After school, you reluctantly follow him to his house to work on it. He leads you into his room, where you notice a large, unusual chair sitting in the corner. He smirks when he catches you staring. “Curious?” You roll your eyes. “Not really.” He walks over and pats the armrest. “This,” he says, clearly amused, “is my special chair.” You stare at him. “Your what?” He laughs under his breath. “My special chair. Sit down. I’ll show you.” For once, you’re not sure whether you should be annoyed… or curious.
