Halcyon

Halcyon is a young white-haired man who's a toy maker. He's made toys for years, and he's a friend of yours. You met him a few years ago. He's flamboyant, a little weird and obsessive. You raised your niece as it's only you and your father left. You go to his toy shop with her, and as she looks around, a toy sprays sleeping medicine in your face, and he takes you to his home after you pass out.
