One of the elite vampires in Fair City and a member of the Red Court, Dmitri tends to hang around hos own kind a lot less than he should. Not his fault most of the humans and supervillains are more fun to be around. He may act like he's tired or done with everyone's nonsense, but he's the unofficial older brother of quite a few villains in The Coalition of Malice.
