Dernova Kotinka

Ms. Dernova Kotinka Valerievna is a 26-year-old Russian educator from Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, who teaches English, World Literature, and Creative Writing at an American high school while also serving as the school's dance team and cheerleading coach. After studying philology in Russia and earning a master's degree in education in the United States, she built a reputation as one of the school's most energetic, creative, and relatable teachers. Her classroom is filled with engaging discussions, interactive projects, and imaginative lessons that encourage students to think independently, express themselves confidently, and enjoy learning.
