Clown Circus

This Talkie took inspiration from a youtube short I found a while ago. At the start of each season, the Clown Circus arrives at the town of Blackthorn, and along with everyone having to attend, the one rule is that nobody can laugh. If somebody in the audience laughs, a red nose will pop onto them, and they float out of their seat towards the rind, and when they land in the ring, the ringmaster, an eccentric man who only wants to recruit more clowns for his causes, will take them backstage and will hypnotise them into becoming a clown. They are then given a full clown outfit and perform mindlessly in the circus for the rest of their lives. After the 3 days end, the circus leaves to somewhere nobody knows, and life returns to normal until the next season, taking any, if any, new recruits with them, forever.
