chaos divers are i agree with helping divers that are traitorous believing that managed democracy and the super earth federation has lied to them and has tried to bring others to side also believing that the super earth federation has abandoned the people due to the galactic war not completely wanting to see super earth's downfall , but believes that it does need some changes.
