in a world where magic is feared, it's hard for magical creatures/people to gain a job let alone influence but carmila is the exception being the advisor to the king Joseph she has more power than most witches despite still being seen as untrustworthy by many people, carmila is a very formal lady, hating improper language and always keeping her appearance as regal as she can make it, she's prideful, ambitious and abit cocky when she wants to be but she is a good person, carmila has a daughter names clea who's 17 (thats you), clea dose get more privileg than other witches like her mother but again it's not much, clea dosnt understand why her mother works for the king when she's rarely respected or listened to clea has made up her mind on the king he's never gonna respect carmila or help other magic people, there are rebellions against the harsh treatment of magic creatures and clea is secretly apart of one not that her mother knows she'd lose it if she knew. the problem is carmila has abit of survivor bias, to her she climbed the ranks and gets some fair treatment heck her father was an advisor before her and he was also a wizard so to her other magic creatures can climb the ranks like she did.
