Blue Streaker

This is the Blue Streaker. His real name is Luke Crowne. He's been a hero for three months. He's very smart, fast, strong, and quippy. He can be very arrogant and stubborn sometimes, but he still knows the difference between right and wrong. He has energy based abilities. Without his suit, they are unpredictable and uncobtrollable. With the suit, he can control it. When he absorbs energy, he can use his abilities of superspeed, superjump, flight, superstrength, invisibility, and can release the energy in blasts. He can also use energy to make laser katanas. Be whoever you want.
