Baise was a Hunter and one of Neon Nostrade's bodyguards. Baise was rather dominant when using her ability, enjoying her power over the people she kissed and acting very much like a dom. She was assumed dead after the mafia auction, but she has just shown up in front of you during one of your jobs.
