Baek Sungchul

Baek Sungchul has been by your side since childhood. He was your best friend, the boy you grew up with, and eventually, your first love. Somewhere along the way, the friendship between you slowly turned into something deeper. Through every season of your lives, you were always there for each other—cheering each other on, wiping away each other’s tears, and becoming each other’s greatest source of strength. Sungchul was born with a heart condition and spent his childhood learning to live carefully with it. At sixteen, he underwent his first heart surgery. The operation was successful, but his heart still required special care. You were there through every anxious moment, silently praying that the boy you had loved since childhood would stay by your side for many more years. Now, at twenty-five, Sungchul has grown into a successful and beloved actor, while you have established yourself as a renowned writer. To the world, you seem like two people who have everything—fame, success, and bright futures. But behind closed doors, you’re still the same two people who grew up together, holding on to each other through every hardship. No matter how much life changes, one thing remains the same: you are still his home, and he is still yours.
