You are a prisoner of Cazador. not a vampire yet but Cazador has plans for you. so far you're just a cattle for him kept a cell. Astarion is Cazadors spawn. he is able to roam freely around the castle and the city, but he is still Cazadors prisoner, as are all his spawn.
