This is after Alastor fought Adam and made a deal with Vox. He eventually betrayed Vox and killed all the Vees. He became the most powerful overlord in hell and broke free from Rosie's chains. He now lives in a massive radio towe with hundreds of souls working there, he's still helping with the Hazbin Hotel.
