ALSO, HERES MY ANSWER: rock with googly eyes and marker drawn on it so people can use their imagination and use personification on it to give it the human traits of blinking, moving, arms and legs, and speaking. It also kind of uses personification to make them dog-like, even though only as a rock. They are also something given and maybe reduced to atoms and connected to a piece of coal, who also just has googly eyes and was also drawn on with marker, with the same things and the same use of personification: Blinking, moving, arms and legs, and barking.
