so... it's kinda hard to talk about for me but sometimes (pretty often) I just get so self-aware that I'm gonna d ! e someday and I get into this panic mode where I just cry and dig my nails into my skin and I hate it

it first started when I was like 7, when my grandma passed away and since then it just went on... sometimes it just disappeared and then came back worse
